However, it is possible at the only one case: If the order is placed and paid in advance, at least 3-4 days prior the delivery date. If your order is supposed to be fulfilled at the same day, that it arrived - Alas! At such case we could collect the ordered items from the those, that are available in Rozdilna stores at the moment. Needless to say, that partial substitutions are inevitable: some flowers in a bouquet or arrangement, gifts, or their components, etc.

We should assure our customers however, that our florists do their best for keeping "the spirit", or "general impression" same as a photo on the site creates. We keep the color, size and class of the flowers primarily. If the new flowers are less expensive, then we take just more number - so that the cost of the composition remains unchanged.
